I operate at the intersection of brand, culture, and experience, using the design process to shape identity and communication. My work is about defining meaning, sharpening language, and building structures that actually hold.

My method begins by joining the dots. I read the scattered signals across an organisation’s brand, culture, and communication to find the pattern that already connects them. From there, I work to remove the friction that keeps that pattern from being lived, so the same promise trickles top-down and bottom-up at once. I treat identity as something lived rather than just declared, expressed through daily decisions, team behaviour, and the way a message meets its audience.

While my focus moves across three surfaces, brand identity (BX), internal culture (EX), and customer experience (CX), my approach stays completely constant: join the dots, clear the friction, and calibrate the tone to build coherent, culturally grounded systems that last.

In tandem with my independent consulting practice, I co-founded and lead I+A Limited, a design studio based in Malta where I oversee finance, administration, and communications. Through the studio, I also co-founded and co-lead FiftySix Design Talks in collaboration with the Valletta Cultural Agency, building cultural identity through curated structures and deliberate communication.

My background is rooted in deep design discipline. I have spent over a decade developing visual systems, editorial work, and brand identities with a strict focus on clarity and strategic storytelling. I also help shape the next generation of designers as a Tutor at the University of Malta, teaching the fundamentals of graphic design and brand identity frameworks.

This structural approach to corporate identity stems from my foundational training in spatial logic. I graduated in Architecture and Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Malta in 2012, specialising in Urban Design, and have been a warranted Perit since 2015.
